    Primal Smoothie Recipes

    Shop Now
Since I am in the middle of creating an extraordinary smoothie recipe eBook. I am aware that some of you already taken advantage of the pre-order deal and I am forever grateful for that. The pre order for $5 ends May 8.

I thought I would create this thread to publish some of the recipes that will be included in the book. Keep in mind that I will be continuously updated the thing until I reach a minimum of 500 recipes. I wish to have 100 of those be from YOU. If you buy the book and wish to share a recipe then let me know. You don't have to buy the book for your recipe to be included but, I mean, why not buy it?

I will also be creating a Salad recipe eBook later this year. That is included with the smoothie book. A few other incentives are included too. Go here to learn all about it:

$5 Primal/Paleo Low Carb Smoothie Recipe Book Pre-Order

    I will publish recipes overtime!

    Chocolate Coconut Butter Smoothie ($1.00)

    2 oz Water
    2 TBSP Coconut Butter ----- $0.80
    1/2 Banana (2.6 oz) ----- $0.12
    2 tsp Cacao Powder ----- $0.08
    2 oz Ice

Total Cost = $1.00: For many people this smoothie is half a meal. Yes, I am telling you that a nutritional, antioxidant rich, paleo smoothie is only $1.00 and can be half your meal. It’s amazing. Or is it just plain sweet?

*If and when you try please report back with your thoughts! I will improve any recipes that don't live up to YOUR taste buds!

I'll remember this when I become a poor student! I'm really wondering if I can manage staying within budget range once I move from home. I'm not much of a shopper (in fact, I hate it) and I don't like going out (i.e. drinking), so pretty much all my money will go to bills and food...

I like your Happy Meals too, though!

Thanks! I am renaming the happy meals since McDonalds has a trademark on them! Someone thought of "primeals" which I thought was genius.

    Chocolate Pudding Smoothie

    1 can coconut milk
    1 banana
    2 tbsp cocoa powder
    1 avocado
    ice
add preferred sweetener to taste (flavored liquid stevias could make the recipe VERY versatile-- raspberry chocolate, strawberry chocolate, orange chocolate, toffee chocolate, etc)

Sounds delightful. My 20 oz blender won't fit all of that. I guess I would have to do 1/4 C coconut milk, 1/4 Banana, .5 T cocoa powder, 1/2 Avocado, Stevia...

I think I have made something very very similar to this... An avocado is a perfect smoothie ingredient!

Oops, sorry, meant 1 cup on the coconut milk (you could probably even do 1/3 cup as long as you've got enough ice in there)

I've never made it. Just deamed it up on the spot :P

I don't have measurements Primal Toad, but perhaps these may inspire you: (both serve four!)

    My Groklings' favorite smoothie:

    Mango Pina Colada:

    handful of Frozen mango
    2 handfuls of fresh pineapple
2 or 3 handfuls of baby spinach
coconut milk (until it's the right consistancy)
    1/2 tbsp maybe? vanilla extract

    And:

Strawberry Milkshake (really does taste like it has ice cream in it! lol)

    2 Frozen bananas
    2 handfuls of frozen strawberry
    heavy cream (until right consistancy)
2 or 3 handfuls baby spinach
2 Tbsp vanilla extract (be generous to get that vanilla ice cream flavor!)
The more I see the less I know for sure.
