Lots of butter, cheese, heavy cream, sour cream.. looking for ways to get cream cheese into the rotation. LOL
I probably could have answered "No more than once per week" if it weren't for butter. I haven't heard anything to convince me that giving up butter would be a good thing for me; additionally, I love butter.
Butter aside, though, the once-a-week answer would still be sort of inaccurate. I eat a relatively small amount of other dairy (I've never been a big yogurt person, and I drink milk very rarely), but if I buy a hunk of cheese or a pint of cream, I'll obviously eat it nearly every day until it's gone. Dairy is pretty hard to eat "once a week."

I occasionally have butter/ghee, cheese, and goats milk... it just depends on what I feel like eating...
At a guess probably 70% of my energy intake is fat (+20% protein,10% carb) at about 2800 cal/day. Most of that 70% fat is dairy. Butter (Kerry/Anchor), full fat cottage cheese /greek yogurt/heavy cream (jersey grass)/hard unpasturised cheeses. My wife similar. (about 2400cal/day) We do not drink milk. We have easily and enjoyably maintained like this for over a year now at body fat set points % approx 15 (me) and 22 (her).
Lost 80 pounds between us, (VLCD) but started immediately to put the fat back on before 'enlightened' surfing led us to MDA.
We are now nil grains, low fructose and nil 'diesel' seed oils.
We feel good at last. I think we must be of N European "herder-gatherer" lineage!

activate the rhythm, the rhythm that has always been within
Cottage cheese, cheddar cheese (less than 4oz a week), cream in my omelettes, and butter.
Thai Kitchen. Amazon or I have Whole Foods order it. Price about the same. I do not understand the lack of bulk options in this category. I would love a food service pack of coconut manna from Nutiva but it seems to be always sold out.
Will probably try making it at some point.
Wheat is the new tobacco. Spread the word.
I'm on hiatus from dairy until I get to my goal weight, but I will occasionally enjoy butter and Greek yogurt
In fact, Fage Total is the first thing I'm eating once Whole 30 is over

Butter, cheese, heavy cream, sour cream all grass fed as much as possible. I would like to drink raw milk but cut that out to see if it helps lose more weight. I also cut out cheese for awhile but cutting out the dairy does not seem to help me lose and I don't have any reactions to it so I may start drinking a glass of raw milk again once in awhile. My partner drinks it all the time so it is available if I feel like having some.
I blog at PrimalToad.com and PrimalSmoothies.com.
Some butter, cream in coffee or tea, and yogurt a few times a week. Maybe cheese once a week.
