    I use Centrum Silver for Men (yea, I'm only 21, but I didn't want all that iron found in the regular men's formula, and they were half off) only a few dozen left, so I'll be glad to move on from this chalk pill and to NOW's Adam, Amazon.com: NOW Foods Adam Superior Men's Multi, 90 Softgels: Health & Personal Care - they're softgels contain fat soluble vitamins and are .17 a piece.
