    Yesterday morning for breakfast I made bacon. After draining the grease into the jar there was still a good bit in the pan along with the bacon crumbles. Normally I would make eggs in it but I am on hardboiled egg eating duty this week

    Later, I had a 4 lb package of pork sausage that needed to be browned and frozen. (we always keep packages of cooked ground sausage on hand to add flavor to everything) So I used the bacon greasy pan.

    At dinner time I realized the baconsausage grease had never been cleaned up so I pan roasted the sweet potatoes in the same pan.

    I try to do that too. Everything tastes better cooked in bacon fat. Including more bacon.
