Giving in to urges
Here it goes! I have been primal for one week and have lost 5 pounds. I have been vegatarian before, weight watchers (lost 30 pounds) but cannot bring myself to the points logging, and have just thought I would make healthy choices. But at last I "cave" into my true carnivore desires.
One week, I feel great! Lost some weight, and oddly, not hungry...
Today for breakfast:
Eggs, mushrooms, spinach, onion, and strawberries.
Salmon burger (patty only), grilled asparagus, strawberries and a pear
YUM! Sounds great keep at it. I'm a former vegetarian too, actually I ate my first ribeye + bacon today (since 4 years)
