    Beef neck steaks?

    Shop Now
So I was at the store the other day browsing the meat section, and for .75 cents a piece I came across some beef neck steaks (I assume thats what they are, pretty sure it's a spinal cord in the middle, they just simply labled them 'meat') So, what do I do with these things? Google says they are too tough for anything but stew, but I'm not a big stew fan. Can I just grill them?
