Has anyone ever had warm coconut cream concentrate/coconut manna served over strawberries? How was it?

It didn't work for me. The texture wasn't quite right. I think just coconut milk over berries is better.

I also did not enjoy it. Cold coconut milk is good, but if you are hankering for whipped cream, and you happen to have one of those nitrogen canister whippy thingies, it whips coconut cream (the stuff at the top of the can) like a dream.

I've had no luck with the coconut cream on or in anything. It's just too bitty.

we do coconut cream (cold) over frozen berries with brazil nut and chocolate chopped up fine (less than 10 g of chocolate per serving; 1 brazil nut each). it's our favorite.

I mixed creamed coconut with coconut oil, warmed it, and used it for a coating on frozen wild blueberries. I liked it and had it again, but then, I don't mind the bittiness of the creamed coconut.
Started PB late 2008, lost 50 lbs by late 2009. Have been plateaued, but that thing may just be biting the dust: more on that later.

Bitterness? I eat CCC by the spoonful and never had any bitter taste. I make my own so maybe it's different.

    CCC is great over raspberries!
