Is this stuff really all that bad? We have a bag of Stevia here that has it in it and I'm hesitant to use it and I see it in some otherwise pretty primal snacks and was wondering the deal on it.
its even in the supplements they push in store on this site. So it can't be that bad right?
Its perfectly fine to consume, and the amount your getting in your stevia is minimal.
Its been consumed by athletes for years, its found in large amounts in many baby formulas, and is also used as the source of carbs in Marks 'Primal Fuel'.
