Hi, I am brand new to this forum. Have ordered my new "bible" last night. Don't really know too much about PB but I have followed the LC WOL for some time (off and on). One thing that struck me is the piece about exercising. We (my wife and I) feel that for people in our early 50's we workout frequently. Jogging, weight training, biking, tennis, fitness classes but our bodies haven't changed. I know the routine that "its 80% diet and 20% exercise) but we just could not seem to find a complete WOL that fits. I am so looking forward to this "adventure". Any idea on how long b4 the book shows up? Thaks and I hope for success.
