I just stopped buying bread and pasta. My children were the same age as yours are now.
They did fine. Kids are very flexible. Just give them lots of primal options, and they shouldn't even notice. My kiddos love snack platters with cheese, cold meats, veggies with dip, fruits, nuts, hard boiled eggs etc.
Greek yogurt with frozen berries is their favorite snack.
Coconut flour or almond flour muffins make an appearance quite often, and they love nut butter waffles with butter and warm berries.
Bananas dipped in nut butter. (They love cashew butter, but I'm going to try macadamia butter next as it's healthier.)
Sweet potato fries dipped in aioli.
The more I see the less I know for sure.
