Which one do you recommend?
This one: Link
I just discovered truffle salt and Wow, this really enhances the flavor of everything. Love it on boiled eggs. I first got a taste at a high end supermarket and they were selling it for $25 for 3oz. But I found them on amazon.com for $15. Anyway, if you haven't tried it, I highly recommend it.
What brand did you get?
I got this one I got:
Fusion Black Truffle Sea Salt, 5.5-Ounce Jar: Amazon.com: Grocery & Gourmet Food
But I'm going to try them all and compare. I'm one of those people that once I like something, I have to try them all and find the best. But this one is good.
Thanks, I'll have to check it out. I'm the Condiment Queen! I've cut out a lot of condiments because they contain sugar or corn syrup. I like finishing salts and my newest favorite - sumac powder. I also got a small bag of Li Hing Mui powder recently in Hawaii after a couple of cocktails I had there rimmed their glasses with it - a bit of sugar there, not much.
