VLC working wonders for appetite, but...
...I'm dying to go for a cycle on this beautiful evening and my legs have just got no 'go' while I adapt!
For the past couple of days I've been VLCing (Coconut milk prety much only source) and although I've eaten a fair bit, right now it's like the 'full' switch is well and truly on. Even when the habit side of me thinks "I could have a snack", it's just not appealing in reality.
Anyone got any high fat/medium protein recipes they could share? At the moment I'm just being careful with how much meat I eat, and making scrambled eggs with a tablespoon of coconut oil, and the fat from lamb's hearts I have allowed to set and collected!
