Okay, it's the thread you've all been waiting for (and secretly hoping someone would post). More food porn. Big A++ Salad style!
Here's one of mine. Waldorf chicken salad. Chicken cooked in olive oil, with baby greens, seedless grapes, apple, walnuts, clementine juice & rind, and more olive oil. Aw, yeah!

OK, Trish. I will see your Waldorf (and it looks gorgeous) and raise you a Seafood Extravaganza BAS. This is garden greens, shredded carrots, broccoli, cabbage, sliced sweet peppers , and heritage mix of cherry tomatoes. On top is crunchy fried calamari strips and a slab o' swordfish. Oh, and avocado slices at the corners.
