More ways to eat coconut oil (or any equally yum oil)
I have a big problem with satiety (i have a big problem with enjoying eating to much and not stopping when i know i should) however i have just found in the last couple of days that adding a scoop of coconut oil to my protein shake makes me a.) really happy and b.) really satisfied. Im not a very inventive cook and i dont know what flavours work with what, but how can i get more coconut oil in my diet, does anyone else get this with CO? and does this happen with other oils??
You can add it to anything, but try it in your coffee or tea, if you indulge in such things.
