BTW, I did not eat all of this. It probably make 4-6 servings.
Not sure where this winds up in carbs or any other data, but this is what I put together tonight and it was great!
2-bananas sliced
12- strawberries diced
1/2 cup diced pineapple
1 cup red grapes( seedless)sliced
1 cup green grapes sliced
1 cup diced watermelon
1 cup mixed nuts
1-diced orange
and to tie it all together...
1 container of Yoplait strawberry yogart, thick and creamy.
I know the yogurt is mostly sugar but the salad needed a dressing of some sort.
I loved it! Someone should make an ice cream sundae out of this! LOL

I like to make a dressing for fruit salad out of plain yogurt, a dash of vanilla and some stevia. You can also substitute lemon zest and lemon juice for the vanilla.

I don't use yogurt as a dressing; I dress it with a tablespoon of elderflower cordial (natural sugar) and a slug of plum brandy. Delicious!!!
I love doing fruit salads in the summer with berries, peaches and one banana for sweetness. I just dress it with a bit of orange juice and a squeeze of lemon to keep the banana from browning. Add a handful of chopped fresh mint and you're golden!
Hard to beat a great fruit salad, and this looks great; but, it is pretty high carb for those of us who have to worry about that.
