This one is really simple, but it's become a new favorite of mine.
I took chicken tenders (fairly small strips), about 1 inch wide by 5 inches long, wrapped them in bacon, and pan-fried them.
I put two of them in a cabbage leaf with some sliced avocados and rolled it up, and it was de-LISH, but you could just have the chicken/bacon tenders by themselves too

i started doin' the chicken tenders wrapped in bacon thing a few weeks ago.
have had a party or two where i served 'em and everybody loved 'em.
