Lunch: same, iced coffee with heavy cream
Dinner: chicken breast, lettuce, tomato, 1/3 mango, salsa, red pepper

Today:
Breakfast: chicken breast, lettuce, tomato, 1/3 mango, salsa 1/2 avocado
Lunch: chicken breast, lettuce, tomato, 1/2 avocado, ice coffee with cream
Dinner: chicken breast, lettuce, artichoke hearts, homemade vinaigrette, pine nuts, dried cranberries, red pepper

I'm really craving something sweet. Must go to bed and forget about going out to buy a treat. I'm craving fruit, dried fruit and chocolate.
