+1 for frolicking. I wish I had the energy to imagine frolicking right now.

Ya know, apples do that to me too. Is it the sugar maybe?

Apples are SO high in sugar. I hate it when people give my kiddos apple juice, it's like handing them crack. Ugh. lol

I frolicked for all of you and I basked. LOL. I seriously need to get a frisbee. But I need someone to actually play it with though. DH won't cuz he thinks it's stupid as does DD. I could play frisbee myself and just run after it I suppose. I think I will. Next stop at Target will include frisbee getting.

yes apples are most def one of the higher sugar fruits. Oh well.

Hurry up and cook, shephards pie!! Get in my belly! I'm hungry.

    another beautiful day! YAY!

Eats: chocolate/cherry/coconut milk protein shake, shephards pie for lunch, and shephards pie for dinner too.
Exericise: 30 min walk, something outside involving lunges, jumping jacks, frog jumps, push-ups, and maybe some cartwheels. LOL. Seriously though.

    big plus on the cartwheels!

I have The OCD One for Frisbee. Aka Allie the Border Collie/Shepherd mix. While she can't actually 'throw' it to me, she does tend to come running back at full speed, in my direction then toss it at me from her mouth...which causes the thing to roll one way or the other and has me jumping/dodging her chest as she aims for my legs. Full contact Frisbee? Sure, why not!

J- that sounds fun! I talked to DH again last night and he said he would play frisbee with me. When I asked him about it before he thought I was talking about frisbee as a sport like in the olympics and he thought that was dumb. But he's perfectly willing to toss it back and forth with me so I'm excited now!

Oh he thought like Ultimate Frisbee? That's actually hard! I tried once and seriously sucked at it. Playing catch at the park is a completely different thing Yay for frisbee and cartwheels!
