Gotta go grocery shopping today. Meal list is this:

pepper steak/cauliflower
teriyaki chicken/corn on the cob (19 cents an ear and I can't pass that up)
cobb salad
kalua pork/cabbage
fish/sweet potato
hamburgers with tomato/avocado/pickle

As much as I'm a food nazi... I've been getting lax lately, and have considered enjoying one ear, maybe two, during summer picnics. At worst, I'll discover I don't like it as much as I used to .

Meal list sounds all kinds of yummy. Pork & cabbage is such a classic combo. <LOVE>

Been having a hankering for hamburgers (CHEESEburgers) lately too.

down 1.5 lbs to 143.5 this week. Average calories were 1600/day. Literally no exercise. It's been kinda gross weather this week so that's my no exercise excuse :-p

work has picked up again so I didn't post very much this week. Next Wed I fly to OR for memorial weekend. hoping to find a dress for my brother's wedding in Sept.

I got a super hot sexy leopard print dress that is entirely inappropriate for my brother's wedding. Actually, I got 2 dresses. The other one is tight slinkly black with white flowers up one side. How much shock factor do I want to bring? :-p

Got my hair did and she put purple tinsel in the front. It looks very cute with the blonde.

I'm back. Been absent cuz it's just been SO BUSY. Trip was excellent. Also did the mexico house building project yesterday and it was AWESOME. I will do a blog post on it soon hopefully. Too tired today though. Makes me so appreciative of all of our blessings over here. The house we built for a 7 person family was literally smaller than my living room. No electricity (until they can get a generator) and no running water. Their outhouse was about 2 foot from their front door. We gave the little kids some stuffed animals and the moms sacks of clothing. Even got speak some spanish with them (I don't know much). It was a great experience that I will definitely do again.

Wow... that's just amazing. It does make you appreciative. As bad as life can suck sometimes, it could sure be worse.

I'm glad you had a great time, and you're doing something really awesome. <3

And I firmly believe being too busy to be online is a GOOD thing.
