oh yeah, you'll have to let me know how you like the hot stone massage if you get it. I've never had one.

Negative people are just so... draining. My mother is one of those people. Just being around her for an afternoon can be exhausting. I think that's why I like working with the dudes. They gossip, but it's all in a mocking, funny sort of way. Jovial. Hard to get pulled down by it- lol. I wish you lots of success in your challenge. It sounds like you have your work cut out for you on it.

I've always wanted a hot stone massage. They look so wonderful. The casino here has a huge Native American spa, and they do all kinds of wonderful hot stone therapies and aww.... I bet it's wonderful.

Ever do acupuncture? That is amazingly relaxing.

Hey DR- I have done acupuncture. I didn't like it though. I have a nerve problem on the left side of my face that makes it hurt 24/7 and for some reason, acupuncture aggravated it and made the pain worse. Plus I had a hard time relaxing during the process. I've thought maybe I should give it another try but I need more $$$$.

I'd rather work with dudes also. This new group I'm in is all chicks so it's been kind of weird.

All this talk of piercings makes me want to get more!

Is anyone else as excited about daylight savings time as me? I can hardly wait for longer light in the evenings!

I'm SO going to love daylight savings time! I love having more time in the evenings to go out and walk and take pupper out and all that... it's so hard now cuz I won't stop on the way home so that I can rush to get pupper out for a walk before it gets dark. Blyeah!

And I think just being AWARE that you're doing it is the first step... then creating some methods of dealing with it, catching yourself more... it's an effort not a succeed or fail! At the very least you'll probably get BETTER about it!

FRIDAY! So sad that I live for Fridays. I have to work a long day today. Just want to go home and lay on the couch, watch a movie, and sip some wine.

This weekend we have to start cleaning out the garage. The HOA is coming in sometime in the next couple months to make repairs and we need to have all our stuff cleaned out and stacked neatly so they can get in. DH is probably going to have another shoulder surgery so we need to get it done before that happens. Anyway, SO NOT looking forward to doing this. DH feels the need to keep everything and I have to fight him to get rid of stuff. If it was just me, I could have that sucker cleaned out in a few hours. I am a minimalist and can't stand clutter. It will be a struggle to get him to let go of stuff.

I think I am going to take next Wed off as a vacation day. I am mentally wiped out.

Have I mentioned relatives are coming to visit the first week of April? Had a minor panic attack the other night and I think the anxiety of that visit is starting to hit me. Brother has a new chick that he's engaged to. I've only met her once but he's bringing her along. This should be interesting after the last psycho he was married to. UGH.

I have eaten like crap this week too with very little exercise. Not sure what my problem is.

I love me some Fridays too. I have to drive up north to get the kiddo, though, so by the time we get back and get food and get home it's usually around 8:00. Sigh... there will be wine had tonight, though.

My hub is the same way!! Totally keeps way too much stuff. We're working on it and he is getting a bit better, but I told him that this time when we move we're getting those big giant shelves from home depot for the garage and everything is getting sorted out and put into plastic containers and freaking LABELLED. Cuz what happens is he needs to find something and he moves boxes all over the place cuz everything's stacked on top of other stuff and he finally finds things and then kinda puts stuff back... if he has time. So no more of that. I think that I literally have 7 boxes in the garage, all organized and stacked in a 4' length of the wall. Everything else is his...

Bummer about stressing on the visit. Anxiety is no fun...

The eating/exercise thing... I'd say stress.

I LOVE Fridays too, almost as much as Saturdays and Sundays. This Friday couldn't arrive soon enough! Such a long, drudging week.

Well, it'll be refreshing once it's all cleaned out at least. I'm anxious to de-clutter my apartment and get rid of crap. Ugh.

Yes, I personal day is definitely in order. You totally need it.

DR- you are right about the stress that is fo sho.

Sipping on a cup of decaf with a little cream. Not hungry yet. Gonna start cleaning the garage in a minute. The first thing we will do is load the old monster TV and all of DH computer crap into the truck and he will haul it to the free electronic recycling place. While he's gone, I will use that opportunity to get rid of some other stuff while he's not around to argue with me about it. Muhahahahahaha!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't think we will finish it all today because I really don't want to spend 12 hours in my garage. Better to work it into more manageable segments and do it over a few weekends.

Then I need to get to the grocery store for just a couple of items. Need to get my car washed and I need gas too. Close to $4 a gallon- EEK!

    Have a great Saturday!

Stress sucks man. I'm feeling the after-effects of an overworked week. Ugh. So crappy.

    How'd the garage come along?

My dad is such a hoarder. His garage is a disaster. Sometimes I just want to get a couple dumpsters, gather a bunch of people, and clean the damn thing out while he's at work. Make a party out of it- lol. I don't know how people can save so much crap. I'm like you. Less stuff is more peace.

Yeah that $4 mark is getting closer and closer. Scary.
