So is it possible to just take a can of coconut milk & toss yogurt culture into it and have it turn into yogurt without actually adding yogurt? Does that make sense? I want to eat greek yogurt, but I'm trying to avoid dairy to help fat loss along.
P.S. Still doing Whole 30, but May 1st is less than 2 weeks away. HOORAY!
Just planning ahead

I don't think so - I am sure coconut can ferment, but probably not in the same manner as milk does. The yogurt starter starts eating the lactose in the milk in the fermentation process, and coconut cream doesn't have lactose in it.
