Low-fat cheese puffs, are they serious!

I can make low fat cheese puffs at home:

    2 quarts styrofoam packing peanuts
1 package cheese powder from kraft mac n cheese box.

    Place together in large bag.

    Shake well.

Good for the environment too as thos packing peanuts are a landfill nightmare!

Sounds delicious! The really "SAD" part about this is there are a lot of people that still fall for this crap...

Oh that is hilarious. Among my favorite gems was the advice to just eat half a candy bar, instead of the whole thing, and to eat smaller cookies instead of big ones. Awesome find! This is worthy of a Monday Musings post from Mark.

I LOVE science. It does wonderful things for us and has improved our modern lives in so many ways.

But if it requires a laboratory to create a food, then a food it is not!
