What are your thoughts on laying down? I have a bad knee (extreme biking accident, trying to fix it), and can't stand still for too long (and yet I can walk forever...), which makes it difficult to use my standing desk.
Long story short, I use my bed instead of a chair because my theory is that sitting is bad because it constricts the blood vessels in your joints (unproven), and not (entirely) because you are inactive while you sit.
Thoughts on the subject?
