I'm kind of confused about the WoW thing....
Sorry I am pretty new to this whole primal thing and I have a question about the WoWs that this site shows. I know that Marks suggestion is lots of low intensity movement, some heavy lifting, and then all out sprinting stuff once every 7 to 10 days.
My question is where do the WoWs fit? Are they the moderate lift heavy things section or the sprint all out section? Any clarification would be great thanks.
I think they are meant to take the place of one of your two LHT days.
