Bacon has a new place: pureed into a paste and rubbed onto chicken skewers. Why didn't I think of that????

I'm thinking that food-processor mashed bacon might be useful in all sorts of ways; like rubbed on a whole roasting chicken, or mixed w/stuffing for a beef or pork tenderloin. Any other ideas for bacon paste?

I'm intrigued by this idea. Not sure how well it would work though. Will processing the bacon really get it to a paste consistency?
