I've learned this recently with a lot of recipes. My very non-Primal mom was here a few weeks ago and cooked all my recipes exactly as I created them, except she did everything low and slow. The difference was night and day deliciousness.

Thank you. I used the heat settings recommended in the book, but they were obviously too high. I also made the Pizza Frittata today and that too was burnt, way too high. From now on, low and slow.

I made it this weekend - tasted good - but it was a huge mess! I think my berries must've been juicier than the test kitchen berries!
Next time, I will strain and reserve the extra juice to pour over AFTER making the flip!

I found that you must use a 10" pan, and I add an extra blob of butter and sometimes a 1/4 cup more berries... I also cook the berries on medium low rather than medium. My kids absolutely LOVE this recipe, they ask for it a couple times a week at least!
