    Fitness is Everywhere!

    Hey Grokstars -

As many of you already know, you can get a great workout for free anywhere - you just need to be creative!

I posted a new video on my blog today in which my brother and I workout in lower Manhattan simply by making use of what the city has to offer.

Just think, what might Grok do if he suddenly found himself in NYC in 2011?

It's too nice of a day to be in the gym - go out and play!

Seriously, why is almost no one staring at the two hot, built guys climbing around in the city?! NYers are so jaded/oblivious.

Haha! It's true - New Yorkers are too cool for school.

    Btw, thanks for the compliment!

Thanks! Like all things, the human flag comes easier some days than others. That's definitely the best flag I've ever done though - luckily I was able to capture it film!

Even though the bottom arm bears most of your weight, most people (including me) seem to be able to hold the flag better with their dominant arm on top. Go figure!

that makes sense to me as my dominant arm is actually my weaker arm
