I used Mark's almond pancake recipe as a base for this one, it's really very simple. I make my almond milk at home, and once I strain it, what's leftover is also almond meal which is what I use, maybe with a little less nutritious value than the almond meal you get if you just grind the raw almonds...

-100g raw almonds (with shell)
-3 eggs
-1 banana
-Some 70% cocoa dark chocolate
-1 tablespoon of butter

-Grind the almonds in a food processor until they become almond-meal-like
-Add 3 eggs in a bowl and beat. If it's too thick, add a little water and maybe another egg if it's really too thick.
-Chop up the bananas very very thin and put into bowl with pancake batter
-Do same with chocolate
-Heat pan, add butter
-Add pancake mix

Makes about 6 small/medium pancakes
Additional: I cut up some leftover banana and cooked it over the empty pan once my pancake was ready and then put that as a topping. Also added 1/2 tbsp of honey.
