For those of you with a sandbag (hell, anything will do really), here's a new workout to try:

10 Knees-to-Elbows,
15 Sandbag Zercher Squats,
20 Sandbag Press.

5 rounds. 30 seconds rest between rounds.

Record your total time (minus the rest). Mine was 9:13 with a 40kg bag.
