Shut up, I don't have a chocolate problem!

    Shop Now
    2 oz 99% chocolate
    2/3 cup coconut milk

    combine in pot.

    drink.

    choke.

Add egg (cuz that makes sense).

    Retaste. Spew.

Add cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, and all spice.

    Better.

Add coconut oil & almond butter.

Go "Huh" cuz it's kinda like the most bizarre pudding ever.

Try mixing with fruit in order to choke it down cuz it's awful.

Avoid in future at all costs.

Ah, the price we pay for idiotic addictions!

Aside from the egg, nut butter, fruit, and coconut, it's a close cousin of Mexican hot chocolate.
Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, steak in one hand, chocolate in the other, yelling "Holy F***, What a Ride!"

I reckon Mexican hot chocolate tastes better! LOL

I think I will stick to nibbling at the 99% bar for now. At least I can tolerate that.

    hahaha.
i made a chocolate frosting/ganache tonight. i'm sure it's been done in many forms, but here's what i did.
glop some room temp coconut oil into a bowl. pour a huge amount of cocoa powder into bowl, spilling all over the counter. oops, too much, pour some cocoa powder back into container and accidentally drop some coconut oil in jar. mix cocoa powder and coconut oil together, add a touch of honey, salt, vanilla, and 1/2&1/2. stir until super smooth. eat with a spoon S-L-O-W-L-Y and foodgasm for 1/2 an hour. Mmmmm...fantastic, and yet i'm not craving more! (yet)

I think 2 oz was right, it just desperately needs sweetener.
