I have been on a few "fitness" websites and for the life of me I can't figure out why there aren't as many African Americans on as there other other ethnicities. Is it that we just don't care? don't want to change? just going with the flow? I don't get it. I always feel like I'm the sole A.A. and it sucks!

because AA dont spend as much time on the internet searching for easy ways to get fit and more time putting in the effort.
or they just dont care.
ive noticed AA friends usually grab a program and work the hell out of it until they outgrow it then move on to the next, were as other friends (mostly white) are always switching routines everyother day to something they read online or in a magazine.
