Coconut milk is usually much higher in saturated fat than milk, more on par with (single) cream. But it depends on the brand, sometimes they're thickened with vegetable gum instead of coconut fat.
Cottage cheese is probably ok if you're fine with dairy proteins, but I prefer something with more fat. Like feta.
