Hi guys and girls,
So today I started my Primal Lifestyle. Some background information about me:
I'm 27, Male, and overweight. Weight prior to starting: 116 kgs / 256 lbs / 18 stone 4. I want to get down to around 83 kgs / 183 lbs / 13 stone. Quite a lot of weight to lose. I don't know what my body fat percentage is but it seems like it's about 50% fat!
Day 1: Primal Food Intake Today:
B: Coffee. 3 Eggs fried in Sesame Oil, 3 rashers of grilled bacon and I drank a shot of olive oil.
L: 2 boiled eggs, mixed salad leaves, with balsamic vinegar. 4 cherry tomatoes, a small avocado and a few blackberries.
S: a few blackberries and raspberries, and some pistachio nuts.
D: 3 chicken breasts, 2 slices bacon, and 10 spears of asparagus, fried in sesame oil. A few raspberries.
1,787 Total calories - done in FitDay
Exercise wise: I went a brisk walk with the dog for an hour, and I went ice skating for an hour.
Does this look like I'm doing it right?

Thought I'd post in some results of my weight loss after a week Primal.
Weight prior to starting: 115.9 kgs / 255.5 lbs / 18 stone 4.
Weight now after 1 week: 108.7 kgs / 239.6 lbs / 17 stone 1.
Wow, that's a weight loss of 7.2 kgs / 15.9 lbs / 1 stone 3 in a week!!!!
