    went to the grocery store yesterday ...

    older woman looked at me like i was crazy ..

    in the cart:

    3lbs bacon
    8lbs ground beef
    coconut milk can
    4lbs strawberries
    4 doz eggs

    LOL!

    ...you install heavy-duty hooks on the kitchen wall solely to hold the string bags of fresh veggies you bought at Sprouts in an easily accessible place.
    Started 7/5/11 at 274 lbs
    Now 214 -- that's 60 lbs!
    Goal 160 lbs -- last time there was in junior high!

    ...when you look at the cupboards, see tea bags, canned soups, veggies and fruits -- look in the fridge, see pickles, condiments, salad dressings and milk -- look in the freezer, see ice cubes and the huge container of corn chowder Mom gave us 6 months ago... and tell the DH "we don't have ANYTHING to eat around here".

    No eggs, meat, fresh veggies, bones to broth... only spices and nothing to put them with! (gotta go shopping, NOW!)
