    Selling Primal Goodies

    Primal Fuel
Ok, Primal friends, you all KNOW how much I love to create goodies. Y'think there's much of a market out there for "healthy" treats like homemade chocolates & such? Was thinking of maybe selling my super dark chocolates after I perfect the recipe. How can anyone not love chocolate with only 3 ingredients?

EDIT: Just wanted to add, in case anyone asked "WHY?" I would do this... extra funds might help us stop buying critter at Walmart, LOL

As they say.... test it. Will your friends and neighbors eat it? Do they ask you to make it again?

Check out your local farmers markets / church bazaars / spring fairs. Set up a table and see if folks buy. Give out samples and educate them.

These people seem to be doing pretty well with their chocolate in my neck of the woods although they use agave nectar *gasps*. You could also try local health food stores. It's a start. I have a friend starting a gluten-free bakery in East Texas. I'm interested to see how she does. She started cooking gluten free foods for her son who is autistic.

When the economy was good, I made $ selling truffles and coconut haystacks (both 2 ingredient). You'd have to underprice them right now- bad economy for those things.
