    Super Dark Chocolate

    Primal Fuel
Betty Grokker's at it again. *sigh*

    1 oz raw cacao butter
    1 oz coconut butter
1 tbsp dutch process cocoa powder

slowly melt the butters together in microwave. Stir until smooth. Combine with cocoa powder. Pour into preferred container (I used a heart-shape silicone ice cube tray). Place in freezer, allow to set (about an hour). Enjoy!

If anyone loves 90% dark chocolate or more intense, this'll do ya.

I wonder if adding just a touch of coconut milk would make it a milk chocolate? Hmm...

Funny I should read this as I finish up my 85% piece and thinking that hmmmm maybe I don't like 85 % that much .. I love the 70 % though... I wonder if I make my own how that would taste.. maybe with a splash of almond milk!!!

I enjoy the 85%. Gives me a nice rush.

Dr. Bork Bork, that may just work for chocolate covered strawberries if you're up for that.

Ooh, fun! Maybe I will leave it a "sauce" next time and dip fruit in, and allow to set for afternoon snack. CHOCOLATE FTW!

    "Betty Groker" LOL!

I have never noticed cacao butter for sale. Is this relatively easy to find? Am I just not looking? Everything else I have. I will try this - sounds great!

Just poke your head into your local health food store. I got some Navitas Cacao Power cacao butter. You can also find it online.
