How to exercise?
I've looked at Mark's fitness book, but I still have a question ... 1. Do I do any sort of warmup before I jump into the strength exercises, and 2. The maximum that Mark talks about for each section to move up a level -- is that what I'm supposed to do during each set? (Just kind of confused on HOW I do the workouts)
1) That would be a really good idea - going too heavy without being warm can lead to serious damage, and you ain't wanting that.
2) I don't have Mark's book, so I don't know for sure, but I think he might just mean that you, as you improve, change exercises to harder variations. Not sure I'm even competent to answer this question, as I don't really know what you're talking about in the first place, about "each section"... But do the hardest exercise you can for each set, and progress to harder variations as you improve.
