    Primal Fuel


    Hi all


    I have been getting Marks emails for a while but was given the book The Primal Blueprint and LOVE it, so it's time to contribute to the forum. Soooo much of the book resonated with me..


    I am pretty much primal already and advocate this kind of living with my clients so hello and I look forward to getting to know you all a little better.

    Cheers Mark, oh I have told everyone, and am leaving it out on the desk at my clinic so people can see it when they are in the hairdressers, oh and I blogged it..and I have a few other plans to get the message across.. . you guessing yet.. I kind of like it! Ha.. Thanks again
