Make your own grass fed butter?

I wondered where I could buy grass fed butter. Now I know I can make my own, as long as the cream is coming from grass fed cows. Vey cool video!

Try looking for Kerrygold butter (green package). It's grass fed & pastured.

Maybe score some raw cream & whip it up?

Butter is ridiculously easy to make. I probably make it once every three weeks or so. So much better than store-bought, although the Kerrygold is close.

I've tried the kerrygold and then Darigold chef's choice. Personally I like the taste of the chef's choice better.

It's the pastured cream that'll get you. The only stuff I can get is something like $11 a pint!

I gotta say that I recently got my hands on some unpasteurized organic cream and made my own butter from it. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!!! It is SO DELICIOUS! If you can track down some raw cream then you gotta give it a go. Im getting a litre (33oz) of it for $10.

I just eat the butter straight. Its hard to stop... in fact, i think i hear the butter calling my name right now..

It's dead easy to make, but I know it wouldn't be worth the money for it here in Denmark. The cream is way to expensive, and not even 100% grass-fed.
