Try looking for Kerrygold butter (green package). It's grass fed & pastured.
Maybe score some raw cream & whip it up?

Butter is ridiculously easy to make. I probably make it once every three weeks or so. So much better than store-bought, although the Kerrygold is close.

It's the pastured cream that'll get you. The only stuff I can get is something like $11 a pint!
I gotta say that I recently got my hands on some unpasteurized organic cream and made my own butter from it. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!!! It is SO DELICIOUS! If you can track down some raw cream then you gotta give it a go. Im getting a litre (33oz) of it for $10.
