    Sweet corn and green beans

Does anyone know of studies that have been done on these versus their mature counterparts in terms of lectin/antinutrient content? I know green beans are a legume, and sweet corn is a grain, but since neither green beans nor sweet corn are mature seeds/legumes when consumed, I wondered if they had the lectins or other bad stuff in them.

I don't know about lectins, but corn packs a big carb load.
