Saw this on foodgawker and thought it was an interesting idea (minus the breadcrumbs, and plus meat! Maybe replace the breadcrumbs with some good seasoned ground meat?):

Yum! I should not be looking at recipes like that during a fast and a whole30. But you can bet that this summer during the zucchini months I will be making some rendition of pizza stuffed zucchini. Thanks for sharing!
