Only improved, here. Used to go once a week or (occasionally) once every three weeks. Several times I thought about calling the hospital, but it had always been that way so I just rode it out and assumed I had defective guts. Went Primal and now I go at least twice a week!
Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.
