We eat a lot of that stuff in this house. I have a bag in the freezer with chunks of bone, fat from shanks and other ham like bits. Once I get enough, then I'll make a nice yummieo hamstock in the crock pot.
I do the same with chicken carcasses too, throw em in the freezer till the mood strikes me to make stock, or I have several in there.
Rough start due to major carb WD.
MWF: 1 hour run/walk, 1.5 hours in the gym - upper/lower and core
Sat/Sun=Yard/house work, chasing kids, playing
