    Cacao Butter

    Primal Fuel
    Would cacao butter be a good source of fat? What does it taste like? I keep passing bags of it at the health food store, and I can't help but be curious about it.

    Yes. Quite low in n-6. You can get the same fat from unsweetened chocolate. It's not as good as butter though.
