Decided to start a 30-day challenge journal. I've been trying to eat/live primal for a while now, thought it might be good to get some feedback. My weight loss hasn't really been what I would like it to be...time for a little accountability. And holding back on the macadamia nuts!


I'm a 42 y.o. male, 5'9", 197 lbs. Trying to drop 20 lbs and get FIT!
