Lindt 85% is my favorite! It is just a tad yummier to me than the 90% while still having a pretty low amount of sugar.
I love Trader Joe's 85% dark.
I love the 90% or higher, but it's harder to find in fair trade organic, and I refuse to buy the regular stuff.

Damn! I asked this same question on my facebook page and the votes were pretty evenly spread between 70 and 99%. Looks like 80-89% is the clear winner here!

Its hard to find, fair trade organic dark chocolate here over 70%, there is some stuff I discovered last night.....OMG I had a foodgasam. Very little carbs in it, well, its a treat, so I have a little. But damn, a little oes a long way! Its rated at 67%
Its called Cocoa Camino.
40gr = 220 cal 16 fat 21 carb 2 prot.
Ingredients:
Cocoa mass, golden cane sugar, cocoa butter, peppermint crisps (cane sugar & peppermint oil), whole cane sugar, ground vanilla beans.
That was the mint one, I LOVE chocolate and mint. I bought my husband the raspberry one, it has dried rasperries in it. DIVINE!
