Have been eating Paleo lo-carb for 10 days down and have lost 7 pounds. I'm a 36 year old male that started at 172lbs and now I'm down to 165lbs. I train with CrossFit 5 days a week and wanted to see how nutrition will change my fitness level and my performance. That all sounds great but what the real goal is to look good naked.
