    Reba, wow! That sounds very intense! Is it similar to the 100 push up challenge, as in you do a bit more every time? And yes, you can totally count that, except that you will be kicking some serious ass.

    In the coldest cold of northern canadian winter, I attempted burpee tabatas as my sprints and OMG!!! I am NOT in good enough shape yet for that! lol

    I'm in. I actually downloaded the iPhone app for my Touch and it kicked me up to the 3rd week. I ended up doing 100 last night over 5 sets. Count me in!
