Just a couple of questions...
I've been eating Primal for 11 days. I feel great, I've lost 7.5 pounds, 3 inches on my hips, 2 inches on my waist and I'm seeing muscle def. again in my legs. I feel great, no energy lags, etc. Blah, blah, blah all kinds of good stuff. I do have a couple of questions for those of you that are more experienced.
First, how do you get enough protein? I haven't been getting enough unless I have protein powder. I feel like if I try to eat more meat/eggs then I'll be overly full. Fat is between 50% and 70% of total cals.
The second question is does anyone eat Batty's Blueballs when they're trying to lose weight? Here's the thing, I love fat (don't we all?)...and I'm still trying to balance out feeling like I shouldn't eat fat (how long does that take to go away) with the wanting to gorge myself of butter and bacon just because I "can" eat it.
If anyone can give me input/ideas/advice I'd really appreciate it!
