I want to know what TRUE vegetables you consume. I am looking to expand my selection.
What the hell is a TRUE vegetable you ask?
Broccoli, Cauliflower, Onion, Garlic, Carrot, Asparagus, Sauerkraut, Artichoke, Seaweed, etc.
Bell Peppers, Tomatoes, Cucumber, Zucchini, Squash, Avocado, Olives are NOT veggies since they have a SEED.
I can't wait to discover more veggies!

I just discovered swiss chard. It's inexpensive and pretty tasty.
Do mushrooms count? I know they're fungi but Portobellos and even button mushrooms fried in bacon fat are delish.

You cannot convince me that cucumbers and zucchini are not vegetables! I don't care how they're classified botanically, just how my body uses them nutritionally.
